As the year draws to a close, take a pause from the busyness of everyday life and give yourself the gift of space to reset.
Over the course of the weekend, you'll be gently guided to reflect on the year that's been, acknowledge your growth, let go of what no longer serves you, and reconnect with what matters most.
Through guided practices, meaningful conversations, and time to rest and restore, you'll gain greater clarity about where you are now and where you want to go next. Rather than leaving with another list of New Year's resolutions, you'll leave with a renewed sense of purpose, practical intentions, and a deeper connection to yourself.
Whether you've been feeling overwhelmed, stretched too thin, or simply ready for a fresh start, this retreat offers the opportunity to slow down, restore your energy, and step into the new year with intention.

- Guided Morning & Evening Meditations to help you begin and end each day with calm and clarity.
- Morning & Evening Yoga Sessions suitable for all levels, designed to gently energize and restore.

Full access to the 1,000+ m² VULKANIUM wellness and garden landscape: Finnish sauna, herbal sauna (lavender), laconium (lemon balm), peppermint steam bath, and infrared cabin; two relaxation rooms; indoor pool (33°C) and year-round heated outdoor pool with indoor access (29°C); tea & juice bar with fresh fruit and snacks

You're almost there! To complete your retreat registration, please pay the €250 retreat fee to Health Adventurer. Choose your preferred payment option below.

If you would like to pay by bank transfer, please request an invoice.

Payment Terms
A deposit of 20% of the retreat fee is due within 5 days of your booking or invoice date. The remaining balance is due in full by the first day of the retreat.
Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel your booking at any time. Cancellation fees are based on how many days remain before the retreat begins:
30+ days before: 10%
29–20 days before: 25%
19–10 days before: 50%
9–4 days before: 65%
3 days (72 hours) or less before: 85%
No-show: 100%
A processing fee of €50 applies to all cancellations. You may transfer your booking to another person up to 3 days before the retreat begins for a €25 rebooking fee, provided no additional costs are incurred.
Please note: hotel room cancellation terms are separate and governed directly by Vulkanlandhotel Legenstein.

I am making this grant of rights voluntarily. I further agree to release healthadventurer.com, its representatives, and employees from any legal claims that I, my heirs, or personal representatives may have arising from the Recordings. This consent remains in effect until revoked; revocation applies only to future use and does not affect material already published.
