PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT & LIABILITY WAIVER

I am voluntarily participating in this wellness retreat, which includes modalities such as yoga, meditation, and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). I confirm that I am in suitable health to participate and will inform the facilitator of any relevant physical or mental health conditions.

I understand that yoga and movement carry inherent physical risks, and that meditation and EFT may bring up emotional material. I take personal responsibility for my own wellbeing, will communicate openly with the facilitator, and agree not to hold Brynn Hadler / Health Adventurer liable for any physical or emotional discomfort, injury, loss, or damage arising from my participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

I understand that this retreat is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.

This agreement is governed by the laws of Austria.

Ich nehme freiwillig an diesem Wellness-Retreat teil, das Modalitäten wie Yoga, Meditation und Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) umfasst. Ich bestätige, dass ich gesundheitlich in der Lage bin, teilzunehmen, und werde die Kursleitung über relevante körperliche oder psychische Beschwerden informieren.

Mir ist bewusst, dass Yoga und Bewegung körperliche Risiken mit sich bringen und dass Meditation und EFT emotionale Prozesse auslösen können. Ich übernehme die Eigenverantwortung für mein Wohlbefinden, werde offen mit der Kursleitung kommunizieren und verzichte darauf, Brynn Hadler / Health Adventurer für körperliche oder emotionale Beschwerden, Verletzungen, Verluste oder Schäden aus meiner Teilnahme haftbar zu machen — außer bei grober Fahrlässigkeit oder Vorsatz.

Mir ist bewusst, dass dieses Retreat keine medizinische oder psychologische Behandlung ersetzt.

Diese Vereinbarung unterliegt dem Recht von Österreich.
