This warm and welcoming 1.5-day wellness retreat will take place in this peaceful sanctuary near Gamlitz, where you can wander through beautiful gardens, swim in natural ponds, forest-bathe in hammocks, relax in the wood-fired sauna, and savor nourishing, plant-based Peace Food — much of it grown right in TamanGa’s own gardens.
The retreat itself is designed to be deeply relaxing, allowing you to step out of busy and into calm.

Yoga with Angelika
Release stress, find balance, and feel energized with gentle yet powerful guided yoga sessions tailored for the mornings and evening. Meet Angelika Seidl. Holistic Yogi and Yoga Teacher, Psycho-spiritual Leadership Coach, Somatic Health Trainer, and Energy & Bodywork Practitioner. Angelika’s talents in yoga and bodywork have led to her collaborating with over 35 organizations.
Angelika has travelled to over forty countries and speaks fluent German, English, French plus Spanish and some Chinese! Initially coming from the business world, she has trained in multiple types of yoga, bodywork, and other modalities – more than can be listed briefly! Learn more about Angelika here!

Meditation and Creative Visualization with Brynn

Cultivate awareness, reduce stress, and enhance emotional well-being through scientifically proven mindfulness meditation practices.
Brynn Elizabeth Hadler is a former Silicon Valley tech marketer, UC Berkeley MBA, mother of two teenagers, certified mindfulness meditation teacher and 17-year cancer survivor. Having lived on three continents and completed many different programs including the Science of Mindful Awareness meditation training program, The Rao Institute’s Creativity and Personal Mastery program, a Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction program (based on Jon Kabat Zinn), and much work with Brandon Bayes’ “The Journey” program, she has practical experience in techniques to improve mental and emotional well-being.
Sound immersion with the renowned Andrea Huber
To promote deep relaxation and calm the nervous system. Andrea Huber is a renowned opera singer and voice-over artist, having performed on stages throughout Europe and the US for over 25 years.
After earning her diploma as Transpersonal Sound Therapist at the Heliankar Institut with Dr. med. Wolfgang Koelbl in Graz, Austria, she now applies her passion for music to sound therapy. Using a mix of Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, gongs, drum, and vocals, along with a specially designed sound bed, a sound session with Andrea is simply a magical experience. Emotional Freedom Technique

Brynn will also offer a brief introduction to EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique a.k.a. tapping) along with a customized session to help release emotional blocks.
