INSPIRED BY PREVIOUS RETREATS

A glimpse into the experiences we've shared together.

Our previous retreat in the Austrian mountains brought together a small group of participants seeking greater purpose, balance, and wellbeing.

Over several days, participants explored mindfulness meditation, yoga, self-reflection, and practical tools for creating a more fulfilling life.

What emerged was something powerful:

More clarity.

More confidence.

More connection.

More space to focus on what truly matters.

Those same values continue to shape every retreat I create.

Yoga, Meditation & Sound Immersion in the Vineyards of Styria

Set amidst the rolling vineyards and forests of southern Styria, this retreat blended mindfulness meditation, yoga, EFT, sound immersion, and time in nature.

Guests enjoyed nourishing plant-based cuisine, beautiful gardens, a wood-fired sauna, and the peaceful surroundings of the TamanGa Retreat Center. There was also space for creativity and connection through group singing and playful exploration of a variety of musical instruments.

Together, we explored the foundations of wellness and what current research reveals about health, happiness, and longevity. Attendees left feeling calmer, refreshed, and inspired, with practical tools to support lasting wellbeing.

ABOUT YOUR HOST

Meet Brynn

My journey to this work was anything but planned. I've been a Silicon Valley tech marketer, a mother, an expat, and a cancer survivor — and every one of those experiences brought me closer to understanding what actually helps people thrive. Along the way, I've discovered that some of the most important breakthroughs happen when we give ourselves permission to pause, listen, and reconnect with what truly matters.

Today, I combine mindfulness, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), meditation and personal development practices to help people reduce stress, understand what's been holding them back, and create meaningful change in their lives.

I hold an MBA from UC Berkeley and have trained in mindfulness meditation, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), The Rao Institute's Creativity and Personal Mastery program, Brandon Bays' The Journey process, and am pursuing ongoing professional certification training with EFT International. I've lived on three continents and continue to explore approaches that support wellbeing, resilience, and personal growth.

My retreats are designed to offer both practical tools and genuine space to breathe — so that you leave not only refreshed, but with insights and practices that can support you long after the retreat ends.
